Position Summary:

GESGRP is seeking an Office Manager/Business Development Coordinator to join our team to promote our back-end office and program management services to our target markets. This role is a unique blend of responsibilities that involves managing the daily office operations while also supporting the company’s business development efforts. The ideal candidate is an organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about helping our company thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Support:

  • Assist in the development of business growth strategies, market research, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and grow relationships with key clients
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and communication with potential clients, partners, and investors.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and other documents related to business development efforts.

Office Management:

  • Handle business filings and administrative duties for the business as a whole.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including managing administrative tasks, office supplies, and equipment.
  • Oversee office maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers.
  • Manage schedules and appointments for the executive team.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records and databases, tracking business development activities and outcomes.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, or a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A strong LinkedIn profile or network is beneficial

Additional Details:

  • This is a part-time position with competitive compensation and an opportunity to grow into full time.
